Shipping Coverage & Rates
- Contiguous United States: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
- Exclusions: We currently do not support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands (UM).
- P.O. Boxes: For security and carrier requirements, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required.
International Shipping
We provide international shipping to the following regions with the rates below:
Canada, United Kingdom, & Europe:
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50.00 USD.
- $6.99 USD Flat Rate for orders under $50.00 USD.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Snailax is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Processing & Delivery Estimates
Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery:
- USA: 3 to 7 business days.
- International: 7 to 15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Carrier Partners: We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. Snailax reserves the right to select the carrier for "Free Shipping" promotions.
Risk of Loss & Limitation of Liability
- Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking status is "Delivered" but the package is missing, you must notify Snailax and the carrier within 48 hours.
- Force Majeure: Snailax shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, carrier strikes, global logistics congestion, or customs inspections.
Address Accuracy & Redirects
- Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Snailax is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to input errors.
- Interception Fees: If you request a change of address after the order has been processed or shipped, a re-routing fee (starting at $15–$25, depending on carrier rates) will be charged.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Self-Service Tracking: For your convenience, you can easily check the logistics and delivery status of your order via our Order Tracking Page.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
